The primary goal of our Maintenance Services is to ensure the substantial investment you have made in your villa is protected through vigilant, unbiased and professionally trained maintenance supervisors. Remote ownership makes consistent and thorough oversight of their villa maintenance virtually impossible, so our Maintenance Services are designed to address that challenge.

These services are not intended to replace your existing dedicated villa maintenance. They are designed to provide the supervision on your maintenance personnel, processes and policies to ensure your villa is consistently and effectively maintained, operating at peak efficiency.

• Preventive Maintenance Schedule – In addition to providing management oversight for the preventive maintenance schedule, our maintenance supervisors are available to provide additional training and supervision to your maintenance personnel. This type of training may include communication of industry best practices on how to correct specific maintenance challenges.
• 24/7 Emergency Maintenance Services – If your villa will be offered for rental to paying guests it is paramount that every element of your villa is functioning as perfectly as possible. All too often we hear of air conditioners, generators, kitchen stoves or pool systems failing in the evening when the guests most want to enjoy them. Our maintenance supervisors are available 24/7 to provide hands-on maintenance of critical systems. We will work with your maintenance personnel whenever possible, but if they are not available we will handle the emergency situation for you and your guests.
