The private luxury vacation rentals we represent are often created by the owners as their individual escape retreat. Due to this, the luxury villas possess many activities designed to relax, delight, challenge and entertain while on vacation. The diversions and activities range from simple to lavish, from board games to live entertainment it’s all available in our stylish vacation retreats.

• Live Musical Entertainment – An evening (2 hours approx) of Live Music and Dancing in the villa with a band. A wide variety of musical styles are presented, English and Spanish, including POP, R&B, Rock & Roll, Merengue, Bacchata, Baladas, etc.
• Beach Bonfires – Enjoy an evening on the beach surrounding a roaring beach bonfire as you, your family and friends swap stories and laughter under the twinkling stars over the Caribbean. The luxury villas on the beach can all provide this and even some not on the beach; ask your villa concierge for more information.
• Spa Treatments – After a day of golf or playful activity on the beach you find you need to relax those stressed muscles. Call in a highly trained masseuse to come to you and provide a wide variety of massage styles. Or enjoy a pedicure / manicure during the day in preparation for an evening out on the town. Facials, hair stylists and other spa treatments are all available to help you relax in true style.
• Board / Card Games – Even on a rainy day you can have fun with your family with one of the popular board games located in many of our properties. You can even try your hand at a rough and tumble game of cards to practice before you take on the casinos.
• Dancing Lessons – The Dominican people seem to be literally born with the ability to dance and their favorite dances are the merengue, bacchata or salsa. Learn from some of the best local talent in the privacy of your property so when you hit the disco you can dance with the best of them.
• Karaoke – So you think you can carry a tune? Let your family and friends tell you for sure when you host your own karaoke party in your rental villa. Always a laugh a minute…particularly as the rum starts circulating through your group.
• Private Swimming Pool / Spa – Virtually every luxury property we represent offers a private swimming pool dedicated to your group. Most of them also have an attached or semi-attached spa where you can sit after a tough vacation day and soak away the sun.
• Tennis Courts – Some of the luxury villas we represent have private tennis courts and others have access to semi-public or public courts.
• Video Games – Whether you are an aficionado of PlayStation, Wii, Nintendo, Xbox or some other video games you will find most of the vacation villas we represent have one or more of these electronic diversions.
• Private Exercise Gym – Keep in shape and work off the extra rum pounds in a private exercise facility. Many of our higher end luxury villas offer private exercise gyms dedicated to the guests of the house and equipped with state-of-the-art exercise equipment.
• Foosball / Shuffleboard – Two of the most popular entertainment games are foosball and shuffleboard. Check the list of amenities in your villa to see if you have these exciting table games at your disposal while you relax on your luxury vacation.
• Billiard Tables – By far the most popular of all table games is billiards, or “pool.” Most of the higher end luxury vacation homes have pool tables available for you use while you are in residence.
• Satellite T.V. / Media Systems – Virtually every vacation destination property we represent has some form of satellite or cable television. Keep in touch with the planet or, better yet, grab a DVD to see a recently released movie. Some higher end villas even have dedicated media rooms with lavish sound systems to thoroughly immerse you in the movies.
• Baseball – One of the most popular sports in the Dominican Republic! Several of the most famous baseball players in recent times hail from the Dominican Republic. So every local community has many baseball diamonds but only one has its very own, dedicated professional quality baseball diamond. For the true baseball fan, this villa is exceptionally entertaining.
• Golf Practice – Some of the more expansive and full featured vacation villas we represent offer practice driving ranges, putting greens or chipping greens. Practice, practice, practice and you will perfect your game.
• Whale Watching – Those villas on the north coast, particularly in the Cabrera area, can often enjoy seeing the humpback whales swimming to the Samana Bay during their annual migration. From January to April humpbacks can be seen swimming in pods or breaching out of the water. And you can see it all from the privacy of your own balcony!
